1. Acceptance and Amendment of the Terms of Use

By accessing, navigating, and using our Websites, you declare that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms of Use, which we may amend from time to time, without any reservation.

5.2 Pannoc does not guarantee that its website and content will meet your expectations and will be available uninterrupted, timely, secure, and error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 You visit, use, and navigate our Websites entirely at your own risk.

6.2 You declare and agree that, to the extent permitted by applicable law, Pannoc or other companies involved in creating, producing, or delivering the websites cannot be held liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or reputational damage, costs, losses, loss of revenue or profit, or any debts (even if Pannoc was aware or could have been aware of the possibility of such damage), which may arise from your access to or use of, or inability to use, the websites or their content.

6.4 Pannoc reserves the right to interrupt or terminate any or all functions of its Websites. Pannoc accepts no liability for any interruption or termination of any or all functions of its Websites resulting from actions or omissions by Pannoc or any third party.

7.2 The photos and texts illustrating and describing the products on this website are not binding for Pannoc and are offered for informational purposes only. Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, Pannoc accepts no liability for errors or omissions in the photos or texts appearing on this website.

8. Product Availability

Our Websites may contain information about Pannoc products, not all of which are available in every location. A reference to a Pannoc product or service on the Websites does not imply that such product or service is or will be available in your location.

10. Miscellaneous

Any other Pannoc terms and conditions applicable to the relationship between Pannoc and you, particularly concerning a service or the purchase of a product, supplement these Terms of Use; if the terms conflict, the other terms shall prevail over these Terms of Use.

10.2 If Pannoc fails to take action when you violate any of the obligations in the Terms of Use, or if Pannoc fails to exercise a right granted to Pannoc under the Terms of Use or by law, this does not mean that Pannoc waives its ability to exercise its rights at a later time.

10.3 If any provision of the Terms of Use is deemed unlawful under existing or future legal or administrative regulations, or in a judicial decision, such provision shall be considered unwritten; all other provisions of the Terms of Use between you and Pannoc shall remain binding.
