In November 2023, Pannoc officially announced the takeover by Ace Pharmaceuticals Belgium (affiliated with Ace Pharmaceuticals Netherlands) and Febelco Group (including the well-known Belgian pharmaceutical wholesaler Febelco).
After years as a successful family business, founder Guido Spaas decided to prepare Pannoc for the future. In order to meet increasingly stringent requirements in all areas and to enable further growth, it was decided to transfer the company. Significant: the takeover was made by its own customers — proof that Pannoc always strives for full-fledged, sustainable collaborations that pay off for both parties.

Ace Pharmaceuticals provides customized pharmaceutical solutions for specific patient needs and ensures an efficient supply of medicines - through registered medicines, national named patient programs or pharmacy preparations. Within this framework, Pannoc will develop targeted synergies with Ace Pharmaceuticals.

By becoming part of Febelco Group, Pannoc now benefits from the strength and structures of a strong group — without losing its individuality. Febelco Group brings together a unique ecosystem: from pharmaceutical wholesale and logistical expertise via Livlina, through sales and marketing support via Axone Pharma, to a broad network of more than 3,200 Belgian pharmacies. This offers Pannoc a strong commercial strength, extensive distribution options and the financial backbone for continued growth.
Together with Ace Pharmaceuticals and Febelco Group, Pannoc is further strengthening its position — with an unchanged focus on topical dermatology and the commitment to the highest quality for which Pannoc is known.
